From November 26, 2019 to December 25, 2019, a total of 9 people from the Wuhan Xinshengneng Technology Co., Ltd. technical team went to Hubei Junshan 500kV substation to complete the main transformer expansion engineering technical services.
This project is time-critical and task-heavy. Our technical service personnel strictly follow the GB50150-2016 "Electrical Equipment Installation Engineering Electrical Equipment Handover Test Standard" and completed the technical service tasks delivered by the customer within the required time node. The service content includes the AC withstand voltage test and partial discharge live detection test of 500kV/220kV GIS bay combination electrical appliances; the continuous current measurement under the continuous operating voltage of 500kV/220kV outdoor metal oxide arresters; the resistance of 500kV/35kV voltage transformer Voltage test and partial discharge test; conduct 500kV/220kV/35kV/main transformer bay grounding down conductor and grounding grid continuity test, insulation oil sampling, dielectric loss factor measurement, water-soluble acid value (PH) test, breakdown voltage Test, acid value test, closed flash point test, (before/after injection) moisture (moisture) test, chromatographic analysis, gas analysis test; SF6 gas test SF6 sampling, leak detection, dew point and other tests.
The on-site supervisor and the relevant person in charge of the customer were unanimously qualified, and the technical team of Wuhan Xinshengneng Technology Co., Ltd. successfully completed the technical service of the main transformer expansion project of Junshan 500kV substation.
