Our company shall be required by Hubei Superpower Co., Ltd. from July 25, 2020 to August 13, 2020 Special technical services were provided for the substation part of Shiyan-Wolong 500kV transmission line project on Japan.

During the implementation of the test items, our company conducts tests in strict accordance with the GB50150-2016 standard requirements, and asks the supervisor to check the test data together to ensure that the test results meet the handover requirements. The test services include: 500kV GIS bay combination electrical AC withstand voltage test, partial discharge live detection test; 500kVCT AC withstand voltage test, partial discharge test; 500kV SF6 circuit breaker withstand voltage test; 500kVPT withstand voltage test, partial discharge test; Continuous current measurement under continuous operating voltage of 500kV metal oxide arrester; 500kV reactor bushing polar bushing test; 500kV substation ground down conductor and grounding grid conduction test; 500kV reactor AC withstand voltage test, reactance and loss measurement test ; 35kV reactor AC withstand voltage test; 35kV circuit breaker withstand voltage test; 35kVCT withstand voltage test; continuous current measurement under continuous operating voltage of 35kV metal oxide arrester; 35kV isolation switch opening and closing test; complete 500kV transformer insulation oil sampling , Dielectric loss factor measurement, water-soluble acid value test, insulating oil particle size test, oil acid value test, closed flash point test, moisture (micro water) test before oil injection, moisture (micro water) test after oil injection, insulating oil chromatographic analysis , Tests such as analysis of gas in insulating oil.
