Check the oil level at each startup, and the oil level should be within the range of 2/3 of the oil standard.
Regular maintenance of vacuum pump; Exhaust valve can be repaired 500 hours after first use. After 2000 hours for pump maintenance. The vacuum pump needs to change oil in time, and the more timely and frequent replacement of new oil. The longer the service life of vacuum pump, the higher the ultimate vacuum can be achieved.
If the vacuum pump abnormal exhaust sound and oil level fluctuations, should timely check whether the exhaust valve piece loose, aging or damage, seat gasket seal is intact, and remove sundries, dirty oil and sediment in the tank, so as to avoid a large number of oil caused additional pressure, causing damage to the rotor, rotary plate and pump body.

Check the oil level before starting and during operation. The right height is at the upper end of 1/2 of the oil level meter and shall not be lower than the "low line" of the oil level meter. If the oil level drops, it should be properly refueled.
The compressor works for 6000 hours and needs to be overhauled.

Check the pressure gauge regularly to see whether the high and low pressure is within the specified range.
Pay attention to whether there is leakage and oil seepage in each connection part. The oil leakage part is usually the leakage part. Please stop the machine in time for inspection and treatment.
