Regulation for arrester test in electrical equipment handover test

When using zinc oxide arrester tester to measure the power frequency reference voltage and continuous operating current of metal oxide arrester, the following requirements shall be met:

66kV and below voltage level arrester, the total current value under continuous operation voltage is not more than 10% of the factory value; The peak value of resistive current base wave under continuous operation voltage shall not exceed 30% of the factory value.

220kV and above voltage level arrester, if the ground test before installation, zinc oxide arrester tester section measurement of continuous operating voltage under the total current value is not more than 10% of the factory value; The peak value of resistive current base wave under continuous operation voltage shall not exceed 30% of the factory value.

220kV and above voltage level arrester, if the installation of the test, using the same measurement method and wiring mode, the same manufacturer, the same product section measurement of the continuous operating voltage of the total current value and the peak value of the resistive current base wave combined with the factory value analysis, each section comparison should be no obvious difference between each other.

When the 500kV metal oxide arrester is measured in sections, the effective values of the total current value are in the order of the largest in the upper section, the smallest in the middle section and the smallest in the lower section.

The use of dc high voltage generator to measure the metal oxide arrester dc reference voltage and 0.75 times of dc reference voltage leakage current, should comply with the following provisions: leakage current value of 0.75 times of DC reference voltage, 66kV~220kV(220kV measured in sections) should not be greater than 30uA.

Check the discharge counter for no less than 5 times and be reliable.

Arrester monitoring ammeter indication should be good. Calibration range:

Ammeter for 35~220kV, within 1mA; Accuracy level 5.0.

Ammeter for 500kV, within 2mA; Accuracy level 5.0.
