3. The surfaces of the tested products, boost transformers and coupling capacitors should be kept dry and clean, because moisture and dirt on the surface will cause partial discharge on the surface, resulting in abnormal measurement.
4. Test operators should master test lines, test methods, test steps and test purposes. Before the test began to pressure, the first connection line according to the requirements of the rules, the test area of various metal objects should be firmly grounded, and then check and improve the test area of all possible discharge parts (such as not sharp, acute Angle), especially should pay attention to the grounding line, high voltage line and strong electric circuit is firmly connected.
5, for the connection line should avoid exposure to prevent corona discharge, especially for the voltage level of higher partial discharge test, when necessary to thick high voltage connection line and install anti-corona cover, reduce the corona discharge caused by too high field strength. Shielding cover should not contact the porcelain skirt of the sample.
6, under normal circumstances, in the process of the test, the test in the pressure, pre-boost local discharge is much larger than the normal value, at this time the instrument instrument is bound to exceed the full scale. In order to prevent the instrument from being damaged, the gain coarse adjustment knob of the instrument should be rotated one or more steps counterclockwise, so as not to exceed the full scale as the standard. When the voltage drops to the measured voltage, the gain coarse switch is rotated one or more steps clockwise to record the measured value.
7, when the test is abnormal, the power supply should be cut off first, and then for further processing.
