1. First check whether the surface of the zinc oxide arrester tester is dry and clean, and whether the power cord, connecting cable and grounding wire are intact.
2. After connecting the grounding end of the measurement and control box with the grounding end of the high voltage box, the grounding wire from the grounding end of the high voltage box is firmly connected to the ground network, and the wire is led out. At the same time, ensure that there is enough safety distance between the measuring and controlling box and the high pressure box.
3. Connect the measuring and controlling box with the connecting cable.
4, the lower end of the test (insulation to the ground) access to the high pressure box "test" end, the upper end access to the high pressure box high pressure end.
5, the high voltage lead must be used with insulated wire, in order to reduce the high voltage lead to the ground corona current, and pay attention to the ground insulation.

1. When taking the reference voltage from PT or the measuring end of the test transformer, the wiring should be carefully checked to avoid the short circuit of PT secondary or test voltage.
2, if the LCD character display becomes light due to climate change and other reasons, the contrast can be adjusted properly to adjust the rotating button, so that the character is clear.
3. If there is abnormal damage to the zinc oxide arrester tester, please stop using it immediately and notify the after-sales service. Do not open the box for repair.
