2, connect the good gas road: TCD will only H2 to the carrier gas inlet of the chromatograph. FID/FPD/NPD to high purity N2/H2/Air to the corresponding chromatograph inlet, do not connect wrong. ECD transfers only 99.999% of N2 to the carrier gas inlet of the chromatograph. The instrument for three kinds of gas source pressure relief valve output pressure requirements: carrier gas (N2) : 0.4mpa hydrogen: 0.26mpa air: 0.4mpa (no matter how much flow of gas, three pressure fixed!)
3, the column is connected to the corresponding detector, carrying gas, leakage test. Install and open the workstation, connect the signal line to the corresponding controller. Check workstation and corresponding detector should work normally.
4. Connect the ground wire. Startup - heating - should be normal; Set unused temperature to "0" and set it to "off". Set the parameters of the detector properly. The initial state of all external events should be set to "Off".
5, FID to ignition; TCD add appropriate bridge current (not more than 160mA), and press the bridge current button, bridge current light on; FPD ignition - high pressure; NPD plus rubidium bead current to rubidium bead dark red; ECD plus pulse current (1nA).
6. Look at the baseline - zero.
7. After the baseline is stable, sample injection can be analyzed: adjust the temperature of the column chamber and the front pressure of the column appropriately to make the peak normal. Condition reference: the temperature of the column chamber is set near the boiling point of the sample to be analyzed, and the temperature of vaporization and detector is 20℃ -- 50℃ higher than the temperature of the column chamber. Lower column temperature, better separation, longer retention time; When the column temperature increases, the separation becomes worse and the retention time decreases. The column front pressure is reduced (carrier gas flow is reduced), the separation is better, and the retention time is longer; When the column front pressure is increased (carrier gas flow is increased), the separation becomes worse.
