Phenomenon:
The tuning curve is a straight line, and the instrument indicates no resonance point after tuning
The reason:
Circuit grounding is not good, the wiring of the test circuit is wrong, the device of an instrument open
Elimination method:
1) Check whether the grounding device is reliable and the grounding connecting wire is disconnected;
2) Check the on and off of the high and low voltage coils of the excitation transformer; (Low voltage winding resistance; High voltage winding resistance per output end vs high voltage tail)
3) Check the on-off of each reactor; (Resistance of each winding)
4) Check the on-off of the signal line of the voltage divider; (High and low voltage capacity)
5) Check the on and off of the high-low voltage capacitor arm of the voltage divider; (1 hole on the core, 2 holes on the shell respectively; 1 hole to 2 hole disconnect)
6) There is no resonance point in the boost of the device itself, so it is necessary to check the on-off of the compensation capacitor;
If all parts are normal and there is still no resonance point, please contact Wuhan Xinshengneng Technology Co., LTD., do not disassemble the instrument!
