In order to meet the standard requirements and reduce labor intensity, the company has developed a remote control electric insulation rod test bracket with scale. The insulated rod holder can adjust the electrode distance electrically through a wireless remote control or a button on the device, and has a scale ruler to quantify the segment length. The electrode is made of conductive foam, which can surround the insulating rod.
■ Functional features
▲ Insulation rod support is suitable for 10 ~ 500kV insulation rod overall test or subsection test.
▲ Bracket design for 3 groups of electrodes, two sections of pressure structure, one can carry out two sections of insulation rod pressure test.
▲ Electrode combination groove type conductive foam, can achieve the effect of embracing contact. Self-locking opening and closing structure facilitates loading and unloading of samples and improves work efficiency.
▲ The middle electrode is high voltage fixed main electrode, both sides of the auxiliary electrode grounding, can be electrically driven to both sides of the synchronous expansion or merger.
▲ The electric mechanism adopts two ways to control the key or wireless remote control, with fine tuning control, easy to accurately adjust the distance.
