Xsn-2921 insulating rod horizontal voltage test platform is mainly used for 500kV and below insulating rod and other insulating tools to carry out the overall power frequency voltage test, the test system is composed of the main control test platform, no local discharge test transformer, voltage divider, metal protection resistance and other boosting equipment, and horizontal lifting high voltage test platform. The insulation rod lifting pressure platform adopts horizontal structure, and the two ends are pressurized. The test voltage of opposite polarity is applied at both ends to form the voltage doubling effect. The ground voltage at both ends is 50% of the rated test voltage, which greatly reduces the ground voltage value and greatly reduces the height of the test platform. The clearance height of the test site is more than 6.5 meters to meet the insulation requirements. Both sides of the insulating rod pressure platform are equipped with electrode trolley, which can be moved up and down to facilitate the placement of test products. The insulating rod is lifted horizontally for pressure test.
