Transformer on-load switch tester is a comprehensive measuring instrument used for measuring and analyzing electrical performance indicators of power transformers and special on-load transformer tap switches in the power system according to the principle of "power equipment handover and preventive test regulations" and relevant provisions. It adopts computer control, through the specially designed measuring circuit, can realize the load tap switch transition time, transition waveform, transition resistance, three-phase synchronization, and other parameters measurement. New testing principle, the use of computer technology, so that the production site without disassembly and lifting switch, can test the performance of all kinds of power transformer on load tap switch, display and print excessive waveform and parameters. And according to the need and field conditions, directly measured by the tap switch lead, also can be directly measured by the transformer three-phase bushing and neutral point wiring.
Precautions during operation:
1. The instrument can be measured with coil, but it is strictly prohibited to measure with electricity, and disconnect the connection of the test end;
2 with winding test, transformer non-test end should be three-phase short-circuit grounding, instrument O end do not ground;
3. For the loaded switch that has not moved for a long time, the switch should be converted several times before the test, and the oxide layer on the surface of the contact and the impurities between the contact should be removed;
4. Before use, the grounding terminal of the instrument must be connected with the ground wire;
5. Do not connect more than two groups of lines together as a measurement, and open the unused lines;
6. Do not remove the test line during the test.
7. After the test, close the instrument before removing all wiring.
