7. Pay attention to replenish cleaning liquid and discharge waste oil in waste liquid storage, otherwise serious failure or serious accident will occur to the instrument;

10, the instrument can use two solvents to clean the viscosity tube, in principle, cleaning 1 should choose to test samples of good solubility solvent (petroleum ether, etc.), cleaning 2 should choose to make the viscosity tube easy to dry solvent (anhydrous ethanol, etc.). Generally speaking, when doing oil testing, the cleaning liquid 1 tube is connected, and a cleaning liquid can be used; Do polymers and plastics and other solution reagents, must be the cleaning liquid 1 and cleaning liquid 2 selection and connection;

Note: this instrument uses a cleaning solution to measure the kinematic viscosity of oil products, generally 30 ~ 60 petroleum ether or 120 solvent oil.
11. In daily use of the instrument, it is necessary to observe whether there is more waste liquid in the cleaning liquid bottle, and pour it frequently. Do not make the bottle full, which will affect the normal operation of the vacuum system; After pouring the waste cleaning liquid, be sure to put the cap on the bottle, can not leak;

14. After the experiment, turn off the power switch and unplug the power plug;
